1 tsp (4g) a day if you are just starting out. Increase your intake slowly to 2 tsps a day as the body gets acclimated to it. Stir it in warm water, juice or buttermilk, sprinkle it in soup or any beverage, bake it into anything or shake it into salad dressing. It can also be mixed with other ingredients in any dish or drink that could benefit from the sprinkling of greens. To give to kids or to blend taste, mix it with 1 tsp honey or any fruit juice.
